I created this work in the Mito Peninsula of Shoudoshima (Kagawa Prefecture) Mito Peninsula is located south of Shoudoshima, The mild inland sea is sorrounded by the round hill in Kamiura.(place-name Mito Peninsula) 20s RC boats connect to the Island by ropes, Boats pull the Island simultaneously, One boat advances in ripple,another overturns and cannot move, and third advances backward,fourth...... Third boat advance backward, and so on. These boats are moved by one remote control(my will). But they pull the Island by each movement.
